The mentee can:
reschedule to another group date, or
upgrade to a 1:1 Phase 1 session at $147.

You must be able to log in to your Facebook account before the call begins.

I cannot spend session time recovering passwords or resetting accounts.
If you cannot log in, you will need to reschedule for the next available session.
